1:18 Lamborghini Aventador (Giallo Orion) - AUTOart

When AUTOart announced that they would release the Aventador in mid of 2011, Lamborghini collectors were so eager to get their hands on the model. They first showed the pre-production pictures of the orange, black & white models. I was set to get the white one until they showed pictures of the yellow Aventador. It quickly changed my choice to it especially when I saw it in silver wheels. Then suddenly, AUTOart decided to change the wheels to black and many people got really upset, I included. I patiently waited until the yellow Aventador was locally released. As soon as I got mine, the black wheels didn't look bad at all. The combination of yellow and black never fails just as seen in the Murcielago LP640 & LP670-4 SV models I also have.

Here's a quick photo shoot I did of this model. I will do a better shoot with sharper image next time and probably do an outdoor shoot as well. So here are the pictures I've taken for the mean time. :)

1:18 Lamborghini Diablo Roadster - AUTOart

After a long hunt, I was able to get another holy grail of mine. A Lamborghini Diablo Roadster in red by AUTOart. I have passed up on this model years ago and fortunately, a fellow collector from DIF (Diecast International Forum) let go of this one. I didn't think twice and bought it from him as soon as he posted it in the for sale section.

Here are a few pictures of the model. Enjoy! :)

1:18 Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SV - AUTOart

After a long wait (almost a year), I finally have the 1:18 Lamborghini Murciélago LP670-4 SV by AUTOart. The one I received is the re-issued/re-production model and have corrected side sills and the wheel color is actually different from the first release. Th LP670-4 SV is the last variant of the Murciélago line up and AUTOart did a good job replicating this model into 1:18 scale. With proper hinges, doors stay fully up, working air vents, and very well made interior, this model is a must for every Lamborghini collector. I'll let the pictures speak for itself. I'll also add more detailed pictures of the interior and engine bay once I have modified and added some few missing details.

The Stig

My 1:18 Stig figures finally arrived after a month from order. I re-sculpt the heads, repainted both (whole) figures and customized the yellow Stig especially for my Lamborghini models. I also re-detailed the shoes by re-sculpting and the detailing the design.

Here were the original figures when they arrived.

Here they are now:

Hope you guys like them.
